The Giovanni 1TPH RO project in Madagascar notably features clear configurations and well-thought-out requirements. Primarily designed for industrial water needs, it specifically aims to deliver produced water with conductivity below 20 us/cm and a capacity of 1000 LPH (with 5 µS/cm conductivity).

Core Project Basics

First and foremost, the project utilizes tap water as the feed source, which has a conductivity of 700 us/cm. In terms of power requirements, it needs a voltage frequency of 1PH x 220V, 50Hz, and a power output of 1.5 KW.

Streamlined Process Flow

To achieve effective water treatment, the process follows a logical sequence. Starting from tap water inlet, it first passes through a multimedia filter, then moves to an activated carbon filter, followed by a softening filter and a precision filter. Subsequently, a high-pressure pump pushes the water through the RO unit.

Customer-Supplied Equipment & Adjustments

Crucially, local tap water pressure is stable, the customer supplies their own tap water inlet device, with the key requirement that inlet pressure exceeds 3 bar and remains consistent.

Pretreatment System Details

For the pretreatment stage, the multimedia filter, activated carbon filter, and softening filter all use FRP tanks for enhanced durability. Importantly, these filters work in tandem to systematically remove impurities, odors, and hardness from the feed water.

RO System Configuration

Moving on to the RO system, it employs 4 pieces of 4040-specification RO membranes to ensure high desalination efficiency. Moreover, the RO host operates at a 50% recovery rate, which helps balance water output and long-term system performance. In addition, we will provide essential accessories such as valves and pressure gauges to guarantee smooth and reliable system operation.
