industrial reverse osmosis water system 45m3PH

Industrial reverse osmosis water system 45TPH -Guatemala

Product Background:

This industrial reverse osmosis water system boasts an output capacity of 45 tons per hour. Initially, the customer from Guatemala engaged in ongoing communication to discuss the equipment’s specifications, ensuring alignment on every detail. Throughout this collaborative process, we maintained a shared vision to precisely meet their operational requirements. Consequently, we focused on optimizing the system’s quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to deliver a solution that exceeded expectations.

Source water test report:
Total hardness: 192PPM
Conductivity: >200us/cm.
TDS: 112 PPM
TDS of treated water ≤2ppm.
According to the water needs of the user and the factory planning drawings, the space of the production hall is limited.
We have decided that the process will consist of the following
First, the water treatment process flows systematically through an automatic chlorination device, into a raw water tank, then via a booster pump to a quartz sand filter, followed by two activated carbon filters in sequence, a descalcifier, antiscalant dosing, reducing agent dosing, a precision filter, high-pressure pump, RO system, UV disinfection, and finally into a water production tank. Next, the system is equipped with electrically operated butterfly valves at every control point, enabling fully automated operation and seamless coordination between stages. These valves also facilitate automated backwashing cycles to maintain system cleanliness and efficiency. Finally, the reverse osmosis platform is designed with seven membrane housings, each containing six high-performance membranes—totaling 42 membranes—to ensure robust and reliable water purification.

Industrial reverse osmosis water system:

First, the pre-filtration setup includes robust components: two quartz sand filters arranged in parallel, two activated carbon filters also operating in parallel, and a single softener to effectively treat water before it enters the reverse osmosis stage.

The control panel uses a Mitsubishi PLC and a 10-inch HMI (human machine interface). Additionally, the 30 kW high-pressure pump features a variable frequency device.
.
UV rays are used as the last step of sterilisation to ensure that the water quality meets the standards.
Haiyuan Water Treatment specialises in customising industrial reverse osmosis systems and industrial water systems for customers.

Reference guides:

To find the most suitable for your application, please provide us with the following information
– Product water flow rate (m3/h, m3/day, litres/h, GPM, GPD, etc.)
-Product water purpose (potable, irrigation, industrial process or other)
– TDS (total dissolved solids) of feed water – Is it well/salt/brackish/lake water?
– Power (/380V/440V/460V, 50 or 60 Hz) 3 phase.
– A well, lake or sea water analysis report is required.
– If the source water is tap water you do not need nalysisreport water.
