Marine water maker 1000LPH for boat –Oman
Marine water maker product Introduction
We’ve engineered two marine water makers, each producing 20 cubic meters of fresh water daily, tailored for two vessels built by Oman and Turkey shipyards. These systems transform seawater into potable water, addressing the critical need for onboard hydration, cooking, and sanitation.
Given the limited cabin entrance size, we split the system into two modular sections: pre-filtration and reverse osmosis (RO). Starting with pre-filtration, this stage includes a bag filter, a 5-micron filter, and a 1-micron filter, all mounted on a skid-mounted frame for seamless installation. Next, the RO module houses a high-pressure pump, two 8040 reverse osmosis membranes with their protective casings, and a control panel—all installed on a separate skid-mounted frame.
To ensure longevity in marine environments, the pre-filtration housing and low-pressure pipes are crafted from corrosion-resistant UPVC. Meanwhile, high-pressure components are made from SUS316L stainless steel, prioritizing durability. Finally, the entire system’s compact design ensures it fits perfectly on ships or in other space-constrained locations.

Marine water maker role and function
Providing Fresh Water
A marine desalination plant’s main goal is to turn seawater into fresh water. This meets the daily needs of crew and passengers. Fresh water is vital for drinking, cooking, cleaning, and more.
Ensuring Water Safety
The desalination process eliminates salt, impurities, and contaminants. This guarantees the water is safe to drink.
Increasing Self-Sufficiency
With an onboard desalination plant, ships rely less on external water sources. This boosts their self-sufficiency.

Marine water maker inquiry guides:
- Product water flow rate ( m3/hr, m3/day, Liter/hr,GPM,GPD etc.)
- Product water purpose(drinking, irrigation, industry process or others)
- Feed Water TDS (Total dissolved solids). Is it from Borehole/salt/brackish/lake water
- Power (110/220/380V/415V/460V, 50 or 60 Hz) 3 phase.
- It is necessary to make water analysis reprot for borehole water, lake water, seawater.
- If soure water is tap water no need end to us TDS or water analysis report.
