1.Mobile ro system background production:
Veolia Water Technologies Australia, a subsidiary of the Veolia group and a leading water treatment specialist, serves as the buyer for this project. The end user, an Australian boiler manufacturer, requires a new boiler system that generates approximately 55,000 liters of water daily while necessitating an upgrade to their aging water treatment infrastructure. Given the factory’s spatial constraints, conventional indoor installation is infeasible; therefore, the entire treatment plant must be containerized and situated externally to minimize civil construction costs. To meet operational requirements, the system must process borehole water with maximum parameters of 4,000 μS/cm conductivity and 2,800 ppm TDS, ultimately producing boiler feed water that adheres to strict quality standards.

Feed water storage tank → Booster water pump → Sand filter →Antiscalant dosing system → Cartridge filter → High pressure pump → RO system (CIP) → Product water storage tank

Power requirements (110V, 220V, 380V, 415V, 460V, 50 or 60 Hz), three-phase.
For borehole water, lake water, or seawater, a water analysis report is necessary.
If the source water is tap water, you don’t need to provide a TDS or water analysis report.
