Product Introduction:
The Industrial Seawater Reverse Osmosis Desalination System (SWRO), commercially viable since the early 1970s, is a versatile technology applied across scales from large-scale desalination plants to compact drinking water units. Initially, seawater undergoes pretreatment to remove particles, organics, and microbes, safeguarding downstream components. Subsequently, high-pressure pumps elevate water pressure to exceed osmotic gradients, driving reverse osmosis. In the membrane array, water molecules permeate semipermeable barriers, while salts and impurities are discharged as brine. Finally, the permeate undergoes post-treatment, including remineralization, pH adjustment, and disinfection, to ensure compliance with drinking water standards.

First of all, the typical single pass seawater treatment system consists of the following components:

Intake: direct from sea or beach well water
Pretreatment: Filtration and chemical dosing for example sand and carbon filter
High pressure pump: to achieve pressure for swro membrane filtration
Membrane assembly: to perform the desalination process for example DOW, Toray
pH adjustment: to adjust the alkalinity or acid level
Disinfection: to prevent any bacterial or organic growth for example uv sterilizer

Membrane Modules: High-efficiency energy-saving RO membranes, with single-membrane desalination rate ≥99.5%.
Product Water Quality: TDS ≤500 mg/L (compliant with industrial water standards).
Recovery Rate: ≥45% (adjustable based on raw water quality and user demand).
Post-Treatment System
Water Quality Adjustment: Appropriate chemicals can be added to adjust water quality according to industrial requirements.
Storage & Water Supply: Equipped with industrial-grade storage tanks and pump sets to ensure stable water delivery.
Automation Control System
