This a solar powered containerized ro reverse osmosis plant tender project for Inhambane Province, Mozambique, which suitable to covert below 5 different boreholes of 5 communities ( TDS highest 2705.22mg/L) to be drinkable water :

Each water treatment system treatment process is: Borehole water storage tank → Booster water pump → Sand filter → Iron removal filter → Activated carbon filter → Antiscalant dosing system → Cartridge filter → High pressure pump → Reverse Osmosis(RO) system → Chloride dosing unit → Product water storage tank (The water storage tanks should be provided by customer)

Each water treatment system is installed inside one 20 foot new container. The container equip with explosion-proof lights and rubber floor. Considering the hot weather and ventilation, the container also equip with air conditioning and ventilation fans.

Each water treatment system and container will equip with one set solar system as the power supply. The solar system is consisted of 20PCS solar panels, 8PCS batteries, 20KW inverter output. Also electricity grid will be as spare power supply. The solar panels will be installed outside the container when actual use with customized supports.
