Product Overview
This is an integrated trailermounted reverse osmosis seawater desalination system. It converts seawater with TDS up to 35000 ppm into safe drinking water. Equipped with a built-in diesel generator set, the whole unit requires no municipal power supply or external water source. Drinking-quality water can be produced right after arrival on site. It is widely used for islands, remote field camps, emergency relief and other off-grid projects.
The complete process includes multistage pretreatment, RO desalination and UV disinfection to guarantee stable drinking-water quality.

- Trailer-integrated for fast relocation & deploymentMounted on a 2-ton flat-bed trailer with shock absorbers, brakes and support outriggers. Easy for land transportation. Only seawater intake piping connection is required to start water production, acting as a mobile water-supply station.
- Silent diesel power supply, 100% off-grid capableFitted with a 5kW diesel generator with soundproof canopy. Noise level is below 75dB at 7-meter distance. The system supplies full power for the desalination unit in areas without grid access.
- Highrejection seawater RO membranesAdopt Vontron SW4040LE seawater-specific RO membranes. Singleelement salt rejection reaches 99.7%, specially designed for high-salinity seawater of 35000 ppm.
- Complete multi-stage pretreatment protects RO membranesMedia filter, activated carbon filter, antiscalant dosing, 5μm & 1μm cartridge filters remove suspended solids, colloids and organics from seawater, lowering membrane fouling risk and extending membrane service life.
- Corrosion-resistant material for harsh seawater environmentCritical wetted pump parts: SS316L. Main frame: SS304. Piping is graded by pressure: UPVC for low-pressure lines, SS316 for high-pressure lines to resist seawater corrosion.
- CIP cleaning system & UV disinfectionBuilt-in CIP cleaning unit enables online membrane performance recovery. Terminal 254 nm UV sterilizer eliminates microbes for safe drinking water. Both manual and automatic operation modes are available for simple operation.
